A Lifeguard is a trained professional responsible for maintaining safety and preventing accidents in aquatic environments under their care.

The Open Water & Beach Lifeguard Training program equips participants with advanced rescue and safety management skills for ponds, lakes, rivers, and beaches. Trainees learn to monitor swimmers, enforce safety regulations, conduct beach patrols, and perform professional aquatic rescues.

The course also covers:

  • Safety flag display and beach surveillance

  • Accident prevention and crowd management

  • Use of rescue equipment, motorboats, and jet skis

  • Rescue techniques using boards and flotation devices

  • Beach surveys and safety assessments

  • Full First Aid, CPR, and Emergency Response training

Training Method: Theory + Practical + Exam
Duration: 42 Hours
Minimum Age: 16 Years
Prerequisites: Swim 500 meters in 15 minutes · Swim 30 meters underwater · Tread water (eggbeater kick) for 3 minutes in deep water
