What is CPR?

                 Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is a vital emergency procedure for unconscious victims whose breathing has stopped. Acting quickly can help prevent permanent brain damage and even death. A first-aider has just 3–4 minutes to restore breathing before irreversible harm occurs.

CPR Comprises :

  • Expired Air Resuscitation (EAR)
  • External Chest Compression
