Small Hands, Big Hearts — Young Lifesavers in the Making!

The Junior First Aid Workshop introduces children to essential first aid skills through fun, interactive, and engaging activities. This program helps young learners understand how to respond safely and calmly during emergencies — building confidence and compassion from an early age.

Children are taught the 4 A’s of First Aid — Awareness, Assessment, Action, and Aftercare, along with simple trauma management techniques that prepare them to act as first responders for their friends, family, and community.

The training covers:

  • Managing bleeding, minor injuries, and fractures
  • Responding to choking and heat exhaustion
  • Building awareness of emergency response and personal safety

Course Details:

  • Training Method: Theory + Practical + Exam
  • Course Duration: 3-4 Hours
  • Minimum Age: 10 years
  • Prerequisites: None — everyone can learn lifesaving!
