Course Details
- Training Method: Theory + Practical + Exam
- Duration: 30 Hours
- Minimum Age: 14 Years
- Prerequisites: Swim 300 meters in 12 minutes, Swim 25 meters underwater, and Tread water (eggbeater kick) for 1 minute in deep water.
